Eat Right! (mobile health application based on nutrition)

Eat Right! is a successful dieting tool for people who want to lose, maintain or gain weight as well as carry out a healthy lifestyle. Apps instructions: 1.) User will enter their height and weight and the apps will calculate the BMI of the user. 2.) Apps will propose weight that need to be reduced or gained to achieve the healthy BMI. 3.) User will choose different diet program (eg. weeks, months or years). 4.) Once chose, apps will give notifications on proper diet for the user to achieve the goal of healthy BMI. 5.) Apps also will track the progression of weight as example, every 10 days to determine the user is on course or not. If not, the apps will suggest alternative ways to achieve the goal.
