I need a android developer for a courier appation

I need an experienced android app developer, to develop a front end native app, it is a courier app (similar to taxi app) Everything is controled by the central host, which is a webapp, with all the functionality already donde and running, all the business rule will be handled this side, just need the front end for the android app, drivers side, no passenger/customer side needed. DRIVER FEATURES Login to Application Look for new user ride request Receive notification from users when they request a ride Accept ride request from user + ability to indicate the total cost of the movement Cancel ride request from user Complete a ride after ride finishes Change status online / offline – to appear on server map View past rides history Also, at the drivers side track of events, like Arrival to pickup event + ability to write notes Departure from pickup event *Arrival to stopover event + ability to write Notes *Departure from stopover + ability to select from two options (red/green) + write notes arrival to destination button + ability to evaluate customer + notes * there could be no stopover or could be one, or more than one My webpage is ready, C# with MSSQL, and everything is API ready Also Need that the drivers app send back to the server the current route/position of the driver while in service/online? Source code needed. Developer will not have access to server or database, just trough APIs constructed on my side.
