A well detailed, experienced and talented freelancer is mostly preferably. Actually I need an app and I am not asking for design. I need an app named "E-city". I have all the graphical illustration with GPS System. I need the app in permanent basis and a short way where can personally go and add or remove users there. In that app I will showing off the continental image and once you click that image you will be going inside. And inside you will see a tab and inside the tab I need to insert the details of the user here including photo, name, phone number, type of service. And then I need a GPS system to show where that registered user is staying. If possible Live Gps is also preffered. Then Another portal there to live chat and take live calls. That's all. I need an exact price. I will share the design and you will need to do all these expected work as said above here And the users should be added as given. I will give the photo and you need to design it with all features as it is. So please make a app that is permanently copyrighted for "Starxperts" No online montly pay subscription. A fixed a steady one is ok. Apply only if you are CONFIDENT. BY PLACING THIS BID YOU AGREE TO COMPLETE ALL MY TASKS DESCRIBED IN THIS BID.
