Scanning of optical code after taking the image

I need an Android and IOS app. I would like it designed and built. I have created an array of holes on the metal. it is like an qr code which generates a numner after scanning the image of this array of code. I have developed an algorithm in python which is working on windows. I am taking the image of this code and then identifying the hole and then generating a number which will give a link to the website. Now I want android and ios applicationfor this scanningof optical code. this array is like a binary code which understands hole as one and no hole as zero.
