Requirements
Simple 20 frame animation for 20 frames of .jpg images.
We need to create an interactive animation with 20 frames. The story starts playing, and after every few frames, the story stops and the user needs to do a page curl on that frame to move further.
Story board broken down –
Frame 1 – Plays for 1 second
Frame 2 – Plays for 2 seconds
Frame 3 – Plays for 0.8 seconds
Frame 4 – Plays and stops for user action. User will swipe the frame, which will curl the page like this - [login to view URL]

Frame 7 – plays for 0.8 seconds
Frame 8 – plays for 1 second
Frame 9 – plays for 2 seconds

Frame 11 - Plays and stops for user action. User will swipe the frame, which will curl the page as shown at frame 4.
Frame 12 - Plays for 1 second
Frame 13 - Plays for 1 second
Frame 14 - Plays for 1 second
Frame 15 - Plays for 1 second
Frame 16 - Plays and stops for user action. User will swipe the frame, which will curl the page as shown at frame 4.
Frame 17 – Plays for 1 second
Frame 18 - Plays for 1 second
Frame 19 - Plays for 1 second
Frame 20 – Plays and stops.
User should not be able to interact with the animation except for frames 4, 11, 16 and 20. All other frames should be locked for the user. i.e. Even if the user touches over the frames,(except 4,11,16,20) the story should continue to play.
Other important information –
- Images are of dimensions 1600x900 px, at 300 dpi
- The layout is horizontal
- Each image could be up to 100kb size
- The architecture should be extensible – i.e. I should be able to add more frames myself and change how long each frame plays
- This should be built on Android Studio, not eclipse.
- This should work on devices running Kitkat and upwards
- Memory leaks must be tested and the app must run in a robust fashion.
