Want Pricing On Talented Music Composer/Arranger

Hello all, I am just enquiring at the moment mainly, so I probably won't award this project straight away. I am a lyricist that writes melodies for my songs, the only downfall is I cannot arrange music and I cannot work the music programes properly that I have at the moment to make good quailty songs. I have Sibelius 6 and Sonar 6. I am just wondering whether there is anyone out there that can take what I play on the piano from a wav. file (see the attached file below) and make it into an arrangement that a singer can sing the lyrics to over the top with the extra instruments added. I am looking to place these arrangements in the International Songwriting Competition, as well as the Great American Songwriting Contest at my cost, and I am also willing to place the arrangers name onto the song and share any winnings with them if the song were to be selected. (I know what it is like to be scammed so I am serious about this) I recieved evaluations last year from the Great American Song Contest and they said I had potential so I want to pursue this further. If people know what I am asking and are confident that they could do the work to a good quailty from the wav. files (I realise that it will take a couple of months I am fine with this) please let me know your prices, or if you are willing to work as a joint project for less money or for free (Which i realise this probably won't be the popular choice because of the time it will take) let me know. I have attached a sample of 2 songs on the file below, not good quailty but you get the idea. Have to wait for the second song. They are only half played to give you an idea. Please note they are copyrighted. Looking forward to hearing from you, please note I may not award this project as I do not have the money right now but I will keep in mind the people who show great talent.
