Hi, as I can understand you can't boot into the Operating System itself. If you can provide me with access to the server, I believe I can fix your problem. Here's how I will do it: * Boot into rescue mode of Cent OS. If your particular installation doesn't have rescue mode, I will boot into live Cent OS CD. * From there on I will run a number of health checks on the system. I will start from the most likely reason (broken file system) and work my way up from there. My day job is fixing issues just like this so I think I would be a great candidate. I will need to get some way to connect to your server while it's not booted (so like an access to ILO console if you're using physical HP server or an access to Virtual console if you're using a VM).
