I am looking for a talented freelancer to develop a event management app for both the iPhone and Android mobile platforms. The app will utilize an existing design that I already have and will provide more for as needed. Required skills: Node.js, Javascript, React Native, Expo([login to view URL]), Push notification through Expo, Amazon Web Services incl DynamoDb and Bucket for data and API hosting. This project needs to be completed in a timely manner and I am aiming for a release date within the next 4 weeks. The app should in essence allow users to be able to create an event, attach a photo, add a description, address, time of event, invite participants and monitor for people accepting/declining the event. Creators of an event can edit event details, add new or remove already invited persons, and even cancel an event. Individual invited people can accept/decline invites. In user settings, a user can setup to receive a notifications x hours before an event starts. I have already developed a fair part of the initial mobile prototype. The app contains the following: - Welcome screen - Signup w/userid and password - Signup by Google authentication - Home landing page - New event details page - Select participants page - Send invite page (not complete) - Event list - View event details - Edit event - Accept/decline handling To Do: 1. Develop API for data handling 2. Server database setup and mananagement 3. User signup saved to the server. This way 4. Push notification to appropriate users about new events 5. The app pushing new/updated event data to the server 6. The app pulling new/updated event data as needed 7. Send invite: Pushed to users already using the app, as Text including an iPhone/Android link to the app for those without the app installed. API endpoints needed: CreateUser, GetUser, UpdateUser, DeleteUser, CreateEvent, GetEvent, GetEvents, UpdateEvent, DeleteEvent, UpdateUserEventResponse We will supply you with the following: - Github repository for you to work in - Expo subscription - AWS subscription - Apple Developer subscription - Android Developer subscription (to come) We want your deliveries done in 3 phases w/milestone payments: 1. Installation and setup in your local environment (10%) 1.a Your used time to get the current code up running in your local environment, based on Github repository 2.b Successful sign-in to Expo Dev, 3.c Successful sign-in to AWS, 4.d Successful sign-in to Apple Developer console 5.e Able to create a Dev Build to Expo for us to verify the app running on our devices 2. Functionality delivery (80%) See "To Do" chapter. 3. The app on Apple App Store and Google Play Store (10%) Relevant graphics, icons and various descriptions will be delivered by us.
