Nodejs microservice - API microservice and queries to Mapbox API

I have a need for a microservice. The goal of the service is to accept a street address and then output if the address is located inside of a polygon we have in a KML file. here is how this should work 1-The API will take a GET request of the address info. this should be just a single string. the API will hit a 3rd party service MAPbox to geocode the address to get a long lat value for it 2-The API will then query against the KML data stored in Mapbox to see if the "point" is found in any polygon. (I have loaded the kml files there as datasets) 3-The API will respond with (yes or not that the address hit a polygon, the long lat of the address) You can assume I have the data loaded to mapbox and is ready for you! My guestimate on timeline for this is something like -2 hours to play with the geocoding api for addresses -2 hours for writing some queries of the long lat to the point tilequery api -4-8 hours for base api with nodejs with server deploy (nginx routing etc..) -4 hours optimizing and commenting the final solution final push to ubuntu machine total time about 2 days, could easily be sooner since the mapbox stuff is well documented and our task is straightforward. in your bid please include the answer of 5+5 so I know its not a bot
