Cell Phone Unlocking Service Wholesale / Retail Website

Hi, I need a wholesale and retail cell phone unlocking service website. The website will have two section. Retail for customers who only interested to buy one unlocking code for their phone. Other section is wholesale where customers will login to their account and manage their balance, submit orders, see order history. For retail orders customers don't have to log in. Just submit their order and pay by PayPal. So PayPal should be integrated into the site. For wholesale customers they will have to login to see their pricing for the same products available to retail customers and they can pay (add credit) to their account, see history, See what's going on with their previous orders... etc. We need the interface of the website to be designed up to our requirement. We will provide couple of sites as example. The site should also be mobile compatible if the customer where to use it on their cell phone browser. We already have the domain, name and logo ready.
