Greetings all programmers, The project "Banner posting portal", will be made both by you and my team, it means that we only look for help in some part of the project... The hosting, image, low programming language like html, css, images, will be made by my team. The help we want to hire is: The script-code for banners (that language you prefer to program) that our user can paste in to their web page, and the connection to a portal. Sell and buy and hire = function in to the connection of the code script for the banners. User database and user interface, register, login, refund of password. More... We want to create a web page/portal were you can register a user and log in to the portal to create One or several banners = that can be copy and pasted in to our users web pages. We want to have a trade platform of banners, were we can have diagram, graphs, to show in minits changes of buy and selling. Budget: We are hobby programmers, not a big company with millions in our pockets, we are small fish that more likely see a long term friendship in relation to your team, it means that we in the end will do the hard work to sell it to user and were you can make a refund of your investment. We want this up and running in about 6 month, and prefer to pay you step by step, and maybe a fee to your team every month after the pages is created, a kind of support fee. ___ There for post a bid her on the fee you want to have every month from us.____The best bid in combination what we get and what the cost and term will be, will be the winner.
