Captcha Reader/Solver Website Automation similar to Ticketmaster

We are looking for a script that will automate purchasing items from an online site. The site has a captcha, similar to Ticketmasters (but less complicated). The program will need to constantly poll the site for inventory, and when an item meets specified criteria, the script adds the item(s), solving the captcha along the way, and alerts the user once the item has made it to the cart. There are other specifics involved that we can discuss, but that is the main idea. We are looking to get this complete within the next week or so, and would probably require tweaks down the road as the company's site/captcha is updated (these can be billed as seperate projects as the need arises). Speed definitely matters, so we are looking for a program that is quick, and accurate at solving the captcha. The ability to have multiple threads running at once would be an added bonus.
