Hello i am a 3D designer and would love to create your models and renders. I work in Autodesk Maya and render using Vray render. You explained well what your requirements are so i have no questions. If it is only render of the house that is needed than i will complete in 1 day if you need the whole model of the house than i will complete in less than 5 days. Also if only the render is needed the price is much lower
