Enhance & Naturalize Headshot

I require an experienced photo editor to fine-tune my current headshot. While the changes I am seeking need to be implemented in a way that doesn't make the final product look overly edited or artificial, they also need to make a noticeable difference. The specific modifications are as follows: * Neck Definition: Enhance the definition of my neck moderately * Lip Thickness: Moderately/ somewhat increase the thickness of my lips * Face shape: less like a big square * Aged: I feel like I look much older, if anything can be done about that, not sure. * multiple choices of pictures, differing levels of editing if possible * stays consistent with “look” wanted from headshot Skills and Experience: Preferably, the freelancer should have a good grasp on maintaining authenticity while editing photos and an established portfolio in portrait retouching. Understanding and valuing the balance of noticeable change without creating an artificial look is vital. Please note: The finished result needs to still resemble me and shouldn't look ‘fake’ or overly edited. It’s not about creating a glamorous image; it’s about improving my existing headshot in a realistic and attractive way. I have attached the headshot and two quick reference pictures I had of myself.
