Hello! We need someone to take pictures of our apartment community. We need photos done both during the day time and at night with a professional photographer - who has experience shooting apartments, apartment communities and ensuring the best quality results. Photos should be delivered in High Resolution digitally and turn around time is 24-48 hours for the photos. Looking for someone to take 100+ new photos of the upgraded and remodeled apartments and of the community amenities. As mentioned, locations will need to be staged both during the day and night time - for example, our fire pit - we will need to have the fire pit turned on at night time for the best results - likewise for daytime photos of the pools on property and other locations.

Hello my name is Kyra Rosa I'm a freelance photographer. I have worked specially with tremron group to photograph their pavers and I have photographed some real estate properties, which you can see on my website [login to view URL] My turnaround time for images are 24hours or less depending on the job. To be able to photograph during the day and at night I would start shooting around 2/3pm and be done by 7/8pm, this also depends on what all you will need pictures with. I will come in for two to three hours in the morning (best light) to take photos of your beautiful apartment community as well as the interiors of your renovated, staged apartments, and pool. I will return at night to photograph the fire pit and any other on-site features that can be highlighted against the evening backdrop. You will have all of your professional photos and full rights to the photographs in less than 48 hours from the time of completion. I look forward to working with you!
