project enhancement needed

1) all IE 7 , 8 , 9 issues _ safari firefox.. 2) database optimization for better site loading 3) need map which can give ;location from 1 to another if user gives his location 4) faceboook like module please correct it it is not appearing good in IE// or if you have better module for this. 5) Search Engine Optimization. short urls.. for every section.. 6) show and hide module or drag and drop module from 1 place to another. ref: [login to view URL] and check solar sentinel I can provide you the modules.. if you donto have.. 7) newshighlighter needs layout change like this one [login to view URL] and in it the dots which is coming as a seperator of news I need my logo..as a replacement of 1 news to another.. 8) plus in some links drop down menu is not wokring 9) needs little more improvement in mobile version of my site link for checking..
