eBay/Yahoo Auction Template Site

Well laid out, visually appealing Auction Posting Website for Ebay and Yahoo. My selling point for this website is free image(up to 10mb) hosting and only $5.99 a month for unlimited auction postings. No hidden charges :-) Requirements are: - Use PayPal as Payment Method with recurring billing - Must conform to eBay and Yahoo catagories selections - Able to create an account and designated folder on server, or I can create folders and each account will be designated a specific folder. - Track images and only allow 10mb of images to be uploaded - Customer login page with all their account info - active auctions on eBay or Yahoo, relist, post new auction. - Several templates styles that the customer can choose from - Able to enter all the auction info with the ability to change font styles, sizes, and colors - create a FAQ and help section for any questions the customer may have in reguards to the functionality of the website - Create a "wish list" for future enhancements to the site - I am open to any suggestion the coder has that will make this better - Must have an admin control panel that allows me to give promotional accounts(1/2 off, or free months) ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working website. Complete ownership and copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Must use ASP,JSP, or CF formats. Any database used must be MS Access Must work in IE and Netscape I will be running this site on a Windows 2000 server that supports the above formats ## Deadline information Bids must be completed by Jan 25. I only want bidders who can respond to emails during the business day EDT. I do most of my emails(communication) in the early morning evening. If communication breaks down I will cancel the auction and repost.
