whois lookup and registration(repost)

We have a linux server running on a Cobalt RAQ 4. We need to provide a facility for domain name selection and purchase on line. There are 3 stages to quote for 1) Basic system that will search for domain names of all types and add them to a mysql database together with the buyers details so we can access the database and process all the registrations and payments manually. 2)Automatic registration of domain name and credit card clearance. 3)Option to automatically create a web site on the server with several price/selections available, size, asp, php, cgi etc. Ideally this should be in preferably asp or if not php. Please quote as complete project and state price for each stage in your comments. We will provide the server space, login details asp, mysql etc for the successful bidder so the project can be completed on the actual server it will be running on. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Linux, RAQ 4 Server, ASP, Mysql
