SMTP Relay Server with MX support

This will be a fully funcitonal SMTP relay server. Please see attached text file for full details. This application MUST be written in C++ and must compile without errors in Microsoft Visusal C++ 6.0 Professional. It is preferable that the application does not use any outside dll files, active X controls, or other outside software that require a run-time link. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Linux and Windows 98/ME/200/XP
