Clip Share Pro Modifications & Addons

Hello , I'm in need of a programmer who knows his stuff with clipshare pro. My site is newly installed. I need someone to *change* visual layout and custom modification to it. Here is a list of work that I will want to it to work with... 1) Install a FTP Video Folder Add inside the admin area. Where an admin can upload multiple videos (queue) to a destinated folder using FTP. And when the files are transferred, the admin then he can choose the videos -individually- to be processed and converted . (*priority, so i can start uploading videos) 2) Install Lighthttpd with hotlinking/leeching protection and set transfer limit to 100kb/s , and making sure that future video uploads are metainjected and processed. 3) To add a single Video Player with side playlist of Featured videos.. on front page, just below the menu bar (see attached image [login to view URL] ) 4) Shoutbox on front page, where registered user is able to interact with each other on that. 5) To replace existing -inaccurate- Captcha with Google's Recaptcha 6) Make the video watching page layout like screenshot in [login to view URL] . 7) Relocate 'Popular Tags' in All Pages to be below Sponsors/Ad Box, remove Latest Member box from front page & delete the text topic and grey box 'Our Sponsors' .. Only those with experience in ClipShare shall apply. Serious project for serious freelancer.
