2119 Simple Video News Script

The project I need is a simple news script that can withhold html so that i could post video codes in it. You could use a news script that you might already have for this as long as it meets my requirements. I'm going to design the main page as this site is designed: [login to view URL] The page header has to be similar, however instead of communities, those links would be categories. In between the site title, logo, slogan & the categories I need a good article search form to search all articles on the site. The body of the main page should have 2 columns like the one there, featured articles on the left, and new articles on the right. I don't currently want users on this site, so no need for that, or even for any comments. There only needs to be one account (admin) which posts the material. The posts need the date, title, and body (where i could post the html source for a video file, and text anywhere around it. The layout of the posts should also look similar to this ([login to view URL]) 2 columns, left column is the post, right column would be similar posts, top posts, and space for a couple of ads.
