Quality Assurance and Program Testing
We have a new autoresponder program that needs to be tested for software defects and user interface flaws.
The windows software is designed to send auto replies and followup emails.
What is requiried
- Your initial impression of the program when you used it the first time.
- provide a list detailing each problem with screen shots and steps to reproduce the problems if necessary.
- suggestion on making program user friendly
- find bugs/errors in software. This software must be flawless when completed (e.g. the program shouldn't crash and it should work the way it is supposed to, and be easy to understand)
- Any other suggestions and recommended improvements
Note that to test this program you will need to send several emails. Having a fast internet connect would be advantageous.
