CSS / CSS2 Master/Expert Tutor Needed for Training

I am looking for frontend developer who is an EXPERT very proficient with hand coding in CSS/CSS2. Someone who can develop a site 100% fully based on style sheets. It has to be compatible on both IE and Firefox - we will test both browser before completion. This person will teach me for a total of or up to 20 hours through IM chat. Explain the reason why we use certain styles for certain items and provide answer to my questions. I have some knowledge already of CSS so it shouldn't be too complex on explaining things to me. Here are some examples of what kind of CSS developement I am looking for.
