Easy Joomla Template change - design modification

You don't have to create it from scratch I purchased it... This project consists in changing modifying the design of a joomla template. [login to view URL] select “Commerce Plazza?? and then take a look at the screenshot I just created. Here are the modifications I did in the mockup: The whole site’s width should be reduced to 782px instead of 819px The main text area should be wider: 525px instead of 464 The left and right modules’ width should be reduced as shown in screenshot The “length?? of the spot where the banner goes was also reduced slightly and frame should be removed that shows a news module there The menu new menu style you see was modeled after [login to view URL]’s menu And of course the colors should also be changed to the new ones. Your modification should not affect joomla’s functionality therefore you must modify the module sizes themselves. I think this is done on the CSS style sheet. So when I add a module I will be able to see things with the same layout. For example instead of adding the adsense banner you see on the right directly I am going to do it by adding the jommla adsense module. This should be an easy two day job at max. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
