Excel Macro Project

I need an Excel Macro to be created, this is the finished function of the macro. I am using MS Excel 2003. I need it to take a set list of keyphrases, like: kai kane kauai places to eat in kauai This list I want to be a table, which I can edit, add, subtract etc. Then it will check google and find where a website is currently listed I will want to edit which website it is looking for, example <[login to view URL]> but I will want to be able to change this also. Then it will save the ranking number, and then do the same in MSN.com. Then I will run this 24 hours later, it should now check the keyphrase, and see if the ranking has increased or decreased, if it has changed it should change colors so it is easy to see, example, if it has moved from #8 to #4 it should turn green, if it goes from #11 to #29 it should turn red. Each time a search cycle happens, it should allow for a comment field. So if there is a change, I may make notes on why I think it may have changed. This should store at least a year worth of dailey searches. In the keyphrase tabel, I would like a process where I can add an entire list, and it will look for dublicates and only keep one. If there is a new keyphrase it will add it to the data fields, I would like a date stamp telling me when the search was conducted, and when a new keyphrase was added. I am very flexible on this project, and this decription, is a wish list, if any one thing is a problem, just tell me, and maybe it is not a big deal. Just tell me.
