Game design using online database

I'm am the Creative manager of a company up in Mora, MN. My friend and I have been working on a board game for the last 4 years that fantasy based. This game is moving forward and as we launch we want a web-based game to follow. It would not be graphically intense at all - but very strategically intense and would follow many of the same rules as the board game. I cannot release all info on the name or what work has been completed until we have a coder chosen. But I can give a very good description of the game and a great example as well. This game is a simple downloaded program that accesses an Access database for its player info and game commands. We are looking to expand a bit on this concept with castles and card selections. Card trading may also be an option. This will very quickly grow into a much greater plan as we will be hosting live tournaments with dollar by-ins etc. But that's down the road. I am most interested in someone with some gaming experience in Turn-based strategy games and who, after the first stage and payment, depending on success, would be interested in staying on for hosting and further game development for a percentage of profits. I will be able to handle layout, copy, and graphical interface looks. YOU WILL BE BIDDING ON AN INITIAL PROTOTYPE that we can bring to investors. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working prototype in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PC platform
