Need A Quick Script Done That Works With Pligg

I need a script done that will log into my pligg admin section and run the "Import The Feeds" function. If you setup pligg on your server (and have the RSS importer module installed) you can see exactly what I want below: If you go to the [login to view URL] type in the username/pass of the admin then go into the "admin" menu then go to "RSS Importer" and then click on "Import the feeds" The "import the feeds" link is the one i want to run every hour. I tried to setup as a cron job but because of the user/pass it didn't work. Please note: I want whoever will do this, to do this on his own test server first, work out the kinks and then have a ready to install version for me. And walk me through the install :-).
