phpBB web board mods

We operate a phpBB bulletin board that is specific to an industry (auto air conditioning) We want to modify the board so that when a person posts a question, they will be able to fill out specific vehicle information that helps to solve the problem. The 'form' would require 5 fields that will not be manditory, and they should only appear on the original post. The text labels for those fields should be in different colors (or bold). Ideally, we would like to have 3 colors (red, blue and black) text labels. In addition to this, there are slight changes in font sizes and color schemes that we would like to make to the board. The board operates now with a skin that was downloaded from the phpBB site. We are also looking to add php auction software in the near future. We would like to work with the same coder for changes or mods to that site when it's up and running. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform modify existing phpBB bulletin board
