Property Record Database

I need a database to store data on properties and print out property data sheets. The properties are divided into 13 property types, with multiple subtypes...the data that is needed for input (fields) change depending on the property type...I have a PDF document that discusses the format of the database. This PDF is somewhat large, but it has redundant information and lengthy explanations of each field. I am attaching the pdf for review. Basically I want a button that says "add new property" and then general information on the property is typed in...and "Property type" and "Property Subtype" are selected....and then all the fields for that property type/subtype appear...and you fill in and save the record...and are able to print out a record sheet...3 or 4 graphics per record will need to be "uploaded" into the database as well. The type of database - Access/SQL - is not important as long as the program will work as a stand alone product. Also attached is a failed attempt to produce a database with access...you most likely would just rather start from scratch. I do not have time to data input but will be available for questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. I think I have sent most of you a breakdown of what exactly is in the PDF... the way I see it is that the Access file included in the ZIP file needs to be junked instead of worked with. I honestly would prefer a SQL database...with the photos saved to a folder and pathed in the db (all in the background). This may be a long term project with multiple phases of work...this step is just getting the ground work done...there are many functions that will be added in the future.
