Website Addition: Database Driven Appraiser Directory, Appraiser Account Management Section and Banner Ad Management Section

I want to expand my website ([login to view URL]) by offering a directory of commercial property appraisers, as seen at [login to view URL] This directory will be global (i.e. provide a list of commercial property appraisers in each country) but with a starting emphasis on the United States. Commercial Property Appraisers that wish to be listed in the directory will have to pay a yearly listing fee. Appraisers will be able to create an account, supply content for their listing and pay for their yearly listing. The appraiser’s listing will then show up in the global directory. Appraisers can update their account at any time by logging into their account and making the necessary edits. Appraisers will also be able to advertise on the site via banner ads. People looking for commercial appraisers will come to the website, click on a country, state and then county to see a list of appraisers in that area. They can then click on one of the appraisers listed to see a detailed profile of the appraiser. The best example of how this directory would work can be found at http://www.appraiserguide.com. Appraiser Guide offers residential, commercial and FHA listings while my website would primarily target commercial property appraisers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Shared Linux OS web server hosted at http://www.svws.net. Server supports PHP and supplies up to 7 MySQL databases. Website needs to run on IE 5+ and FF 1+
