Flash effect(repost)

Hi Please visit [[login to view URL]][1]. You should see a Flash site. Click on one of the links at the top and you should see the image fall into position. (Some images simply fall into blank space, others fall onto a faded/blurred copy of itself. If you click enough times on the link you should see what I mean). I'm looking for sample code to achieve this effect. Please note, I'm DO NOT want to clone the website - I just want the sample code for this "fall into position" effect, onClick. Thanks.
