Flash Mapping Apps

I need one bid for you to develop two separate flash applications (which have a lot of common elements), which I have named: **1. Flash Map Builder (FMB)** This flash application will allow my Content Creation department to add / modify / delete symbols on a specified Base Map Image (**BMI**). In the prototype, the symbols will represent hotels and BMI shows the map of a large city. **2. Flash Map Client (FMC)** This flash application will run at each Public Access Kiosk, and allow the user to view (and navigate around on) a specified Base Map Image (**BMI**). Please review the attached files before responding: * Two word documents, FMB Scope of [login to view URL] and FMC Scope of [login to view URL] * GIF files ??" samples of hotel logos * JPG files ??" screen mock-ups describing 3 levels of zoom and a hotel ad * AI file ??" Illustrator source file continuing the Base Map Image. Please note that this is a work in progress. * XML file ??" sample of data describing hotels to be plotted on the map. * MDB file ??" you probably don’t need this, but this is the source database for the XML data. It is important that you: 1. Have the latest version of Flash. 2. Have significant experience with Action Script. 3. Have experience with XML data in Flash. Thanks, Lee ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash (using the Latest version)
