Flash - Slide show with Audio

Hi Coders, I have a power point presentation that was converted to flash, with the .fla file. It is a simple 12 frame animation with play/pause/rewind/ff/ rr1/ff1/slide bar. The mp3 files should be most likely compressed a bit more and added to the flash. when mp3 1 finishes, the flash should advance to the next slide. when mp3 2 finishes, the flash goes to slide 3 and so on. when you press forward or rewind or what ever, the mp3 for that frame should start playing. 2. Currently the control panel is "on" the movie/slide show itself. I would like it to be in a seperate movie so it is not over the slides, but instead is its own little box under the movie, not on it. 3. the whole thing should be resized to 600 pixels wide. it is 800 currently. Bid on the above work. (I will provide the fla and mp3s). Also, let me know your hourly rate, and also when this can be completed. I am hoping for very quick turn around.
