Make changes to PSD Template and Flash Items

We recentlly purchased this template and need to make some changes: <[login to view URL]> Rather than have someone create an entire site, we are just looking for help making a few changes, optimizing the layout, and creating a few page templates based on design of the original template. Currently the design of the template is not very user friendly, they have created a scroll bar on the right side which is static, its hard to add images, if you add extra text the page layout look terrible, etc. So ... we would like the following things completed so this template can become useable. _Flash Banner at top:_ Replace boxers with different pictures (all 3 pics) Replace logo _Side nav:_ Change a couple items from the nav bar Remove Search option from left side Correct the scroll bar on the right. Make the pages easier to work with (ie. Scrolling, expanding, easier to insert images) _Main Page:_ Change: Use 2 sections in the middle rather than 3 and allow for more text to be added without distroying the page layout. _News Page:_ Create Page template for news similar to this: (we can just put fake text and fake pic in for a place holder) <[login to view URL]> _Create A Fighters Page Template_ You would see a picture of the fighter with some description Example, the top part of: <[login to view URL]> Create a plain page template with same header and side bar, just blank in the middle so we can create the other pages. Please let us know if you have any questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We expect to receive the resliced Photoshop files, html files as well as flash files.
