94621 Pre_Design my website

Need a person to Re-Design my website: [login to view URL] to make look and feel ( Front end and Back End )like [login to view URL] my website is made in: Mambo, Coopermine Gallery etc.. but i need to fix the graphics that is there now and make it feel and look more organize my website is base in parties, festivals, parades ect.. and i use the gallery as the main thing in the site.. wend a person visit the website they see what and where is was last night and when they click on the pic or banner that take it to the gallery, but it looks to disorder for and my visitors. I want wend i have a visitor they could see the comments in the front page and click on it then they could co to the gallery and view the images...
