Videoplayer that shows videos from other websites

I have a website called: "Melgate.com" that shows embed videos from other websites. And I'm looking for my own player that shows the videos from other her websites ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], Megavideo. These to be exact)in my player. This is the player ([login to view URL]:-Stylish%29?q=) I want don't want to upload any videos, just by using the link, I want it to be shown on my player. Also I have to have my own advertisement shown in front of the player, so there has to be also a section where I have to add my ad code. Like this ([login to view URL]) with a black border instead of grey. So it has to look similar to [login to view URL] (but other player, see longtail link) but without any uploading, just by using the link. If you're going to bid, tell me how you'll do this (in steps) or else I'm not going to reply. I'm using Wordpress, and if you're going to do this by adding files to Wordpress, or just by giving me a code, you have to tell me. IMPORTANT Requirements: Videosize: 660 x 360. JWPlayer has to be removed. Has to be able to skip to any streaming time. This small job has to be done urgent, and the reward will be $30-$50.
