Web Design needed for hosting site

I am looking for someone that would be able to design a web hosting web site for me, i would like to do it in php or html I am looking for someone that can do it for a small amount of money and free web hosting for one year. I would like to get started tonight with someone so please bid and let me know that you are interested and would be able to start tonight, i am looking to have this site design and completed within 5-7 days, so please bid and lets start tonight. Also i am not looking for someone that will use a template, i would like a site the is custom, NEW never used anywhere...
