About This Project: This is just a first among many WordPress themes development that are meant for resale. More jobs will come in quick succession to the freelancer who is able to deliver a great job, not minding the price. Project Quality: The theme must meet up with the standards of top WordPress themes from websites like [login to view URL] Requirements from Designer: 1. Must be fluent in both spoken and written English 2. Must be an experienced WordPress coder and graphics designer with at least 5 live WordPress projects to show for it. 3. The WordPress theme must be UNIQUE and ORIGINAL, with sleek graphics and powerful back-end system for users to customize the theme. 4. Must not use copyrighted materials (e.g images) 5. Must be willing to provide free support to me and my clients who buys the developed theme 6. Most importantly, must be very creative. Fees: Subsequent projects promise to be more rewarding because the designer must have proven his/her worth. Licencing/Rights: All rights to the finished product (WordPress theme) will be transferred to me and the theme cannot be reused by the designer.
