We are a non-profit providing low cost online education for peoples in developing countries. This web site is the public face of the organisation, with background, course details, and registration and application forms. There is a Moodle separate site for the courses The current web site needs updating ([login to view URL]). It is based on Drupal, and we have a suggested mockup for a revised site but need someone to take the responsibility to fully design and update the current site with a new theme. The design should also be user-friendly, accessible and easily navigable. A good percentage of our visitors access the site on mobile devices so the design needs to be responsive. Hi, I have over 5 years experience in Drupal all its versions (5, 6 and 7). I have experience working in multi language sites and also building sub-themes. My suggestion is to use Boostrap as a responsive base theme ([login to view URL]).
