Marketing person with graphic design skills required for on-going projects

I own the e-commerce website www.simplyislam.com. We are very active in marketing to our large customer database and visitors. What I am looking for is a talented person(s) who live and breathes marketing. i.e how to create, package and present products and promotions to online customers. The process is really in 4 parts 1. Think-up the promotion 2. Identify and know your target audience 3. Design the materials for the campaigns; banners, html emails, webpages etc. 4. Follow-up and monitor the success of the campaign If the promotion requires programming i.e viral email marketing campaign, then I have programmers to carry out the coding, but I would like the successful bidder to have a high level of skill as a graphic designer as this is very important in presenting the marketing material. The bidder must have commercial design abilities rather than artistic design abilities; meaning that the design will not only look good but help to sell the product. This style of graphic design is clear and easy for the customer to understand what is being offered and will call the customer to action. I personally have conducted and designed most of our marketing on our website, and so will be able to guide and provide feedback to the applicant The applicant must also be able to write good English copy and business emails for establishing links with other websites and creating strategic partnerships. I know it a lot to ask from 1 person, so this job may also be suited to a marketing company. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform N/A
