We need a good, fast php,mysql, css preson

We are looking for a good web designer for ONGOING work, that is great in php,mysql,css,html,java,ajax etc. We mainly use wordpress,creloaded,oscommerce,opencart for our clients. If you are good with graphic design its a bonus. You MUST have good English writing skills. We have work almost on daily bases. We are located in a small town in Australia. We need you to have good, secure, clean code writing skills, with good eye for details. Creative and elegant if you also do graphic design. You must understand that we are here for the client and not for you, so we are looking to give the client what they want. we can also recommend things, but in the end, its the clients call on what go's and what stays. You will need to check your code in all the major browsers, and if a theme(design) is responsive you will need to make sure your code works with all major smartphones and tablets. ** We work flexible hours but we will need you at some points of the day. We can communicate and set times or targets, but if we worth on a project together, than you will need to be available in Australian time frame, so be ready for that.
