Return On Investment Calculator For Website

I have attached the excel program that i would like integrated into my website as an ROI Calculator, and have it designed like an ATM Machine, where the customers would have an interactive experience entering the information. In a nutshell, the customers would enter certain information, the computer would then tell them how much money they would make for each transaction, each month and each year. The formula can be found in the excel program. Also, i need this designed within the following lines: I want it to be an ATM machine that would be interactive, the questions would be asked on the ATM Screen and they could make there selection in an interactive way maybe via the ATM keypad, an idea along those lines.
