PPC results finder (URLs)

Sorry if I don't use all the correct lingo. I'm not a techiue. Send me a private message for any questions. I want you to create a program that I can unzip and place on my C: that allows me to: 1. Input a URL address I choose. 2. Click "Search Web" 3. Program crawls through every PPC ad and searches for that URL currently appearing on: a. Google b. Overture c. Findwhat d. [login to view URL] e. [login to view URL] f. [login to view URL] 4. Program returns back to me a text message of each ad that is found, and includes the ads headline and ad contents. Listen: We're not searching for ads based on keywords. We're searching for ads based on _URL name. _I understand that PPCs ads are keyword created driven. But it would also stand to reason that since they contain URLs in each ad, there ought to be a way to get a listing of all PPC ads that contain a given URL. After all, each ad contains a URL, right? --Daryl Can you do this for me?
