Countdown Module for Joomla Site

I would like to have created a Joomla module that displays dynamic countdowns to specific events that have been uploaded by an admistrator in a csv format. the countdown would should show the time remaining until the event. e.g. "event abc occurs in 2hrs and 25mins" the time in this example would be continually counting down until it reaches 0 and would then display a message and a colour change and a count up for about 20 mins. The 'event abc" would have been loaded up in a CSV upload utility. The display should only display the closest 20 events and update with new events as the old ones expire. an example of a site that is similar to what i am describing in terms of functionality is [login to view URL] there needs to be a Joomla administration component for the data entry side of things, which will also involve creating a custom database tables to store the data. this needs to allow for quick and easy upload of information via a CSV upload facility. On the front end, you will need to create a custom module to display the data.
