Joomla Administrator Needed(repost)(repost)

Hello, I have several sites that I just transitions to joomla.? I thought joomla would be more intuitive than it is.? I was looking for freindlier text editors, easier way to attach docs etc.? For some reason I'm having difficulty updating my clients content so would like to hire someone to do this. Send me your expertise - hours of experience with joomla & wordpress.? Knowledge of css and ajax/javascript would be key to as I have some custom pieces in the joomla sites. Please send me at least 5 sites and let me know what you did with each of them (design, added content, admin, added components etc). Attention to detail is a must also - I will need you to be ensureing that the new sites have exactlly what the old sites have (like content, video, pictures etc). A must - anyone who replies to this must know FLASH and Actionscripting, AJAX, Java scripting, php.? There are items that need to be edited from the previously published site that are include the above. Include ALL qualifications and years expereince - I need to chose someone quickly and I need to make the correct decision the first time. If there are better components then please suggest and I will check them out. Again you need to pay attention to details and get this all completed with little input from me (other than letting me know its complete and I will do a run through).
