AJAX Web Site Creator / CMS

I am a website designer and would like a coder to create a simple content management system for my clients. I would like it to be AJAX based similar to [login to view URL] The way it should work is I design a template for a site including CSS. Then I add this to a content management like [login to view URL] I will have admin access to manage all my sites and give my clients access to manage their site. The only thing the client should be able to do it add pages, and edit elements(divs) on a page. Please look at [login to view URL] I only want a simple version of [login to view URL], however it should be as easy to use. Please let me know how long it will take you. Please also show me examples of ajax sites you have done. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
