Develop Facebook app: a social, strategy game

We are hiring a programming and design team to develop Version 1 of a multi-player card game. We estimate that this project involves 500 hours of work (including analysis, programming, graphic design and testing). This will be a social, strategy, multiplayer, new card game. The project can be developed in either of the following two technologies (it’s up to the developer to chose one): 1- php + MySQL, or 2- ASP.NET + MS SQL The programmer must be familiar with the Facebook framework, since the first version of the game will run as a Facebook app. Mastery of related languages such as HTML, CSS, Javascript etc. is also required.
