Holiday Rentals and Services Web Site

What are we looking for? We are looking for an affordable suitable designer/programmer to do our new web site. Preferable proven experience in such a site. The exciting project is a "Worldwide holiday rentals listings site" aimed as a service for renters and property owners. There will be approximately 6 pages not counting the submission forms needed for members etc This is explained in more detail on the spec and proposal. The proposal we have not included but we can e-mail to our favoured bids. 1) home, 2) about us 3) listings 4) rental management 5) web services 6) contact us We have drafted out the site and spec but have not finalised the copy yet. I have a pretty good idea on how we envisage the design, look and feel of it, with examples. Emphasise on being clear clean and simple. The slightly complex bit is the sorting of the listings 1) our managed properties 2) trusted properties 3) unbranded properties also search facility required. Potentially incorporating our availability software package. We want to incorporate a review facility similar to ebay for both owners and guests. Property owners who register their property, which when completed automates a full page advert. [login to view URL] Some design, 6 main pages, listings database, multi-user accounts, Admin Backend. This will be an ongoing project as when we have this up and running. Once we have enough members we want to encorporate further ideas so we are looking to get a rapport and good working relationship with designer who knows our work.
