To do list project

I am a web developer but am too busy to start this project. It's a project for our company to implement a productivity system company-wide. Project details: I want to start with a duplicate of this site [login to view URL] With all functionally found on that site's core program. The core program is quite simplistic. We will own the Copyright to all code. Code must be custom and cannot be taken from the above site Send me a detailed description on how this will work. Here are some key features. 1. Tasks must be stored in https environment based on user who is logged in. We have several employees using the system and want them to be able to see only their own data. At some point we will want task sharing, but not for now. 2. Tasks must be created with at least these fields: name project associated due date & time recurring task? labels file attachments task notes 3. Must be offline-capable. 4. Must be viewable on all browsers. We suggest the sencha JS frameworks. 5. Must be built using html5, CSS, javascript, mysql, & php.
