Real Estate Listing Website (Soc Net Features)

IMPORTANT: This should be a Team Project as we would like it completed in 30 days. That would mean multiple people should be working on different modules to achieve the goal. If you have a ZERO rating or NO FEEDBACK on RAC and you may not be willing to submit a 1 Page JPG mock of GUI, please DO NOT response to this bid request. We only want serious coders / designers working on this project. We would like a website that will allow Real Estate agents to put create an account where they can post property they have available. However, people can also sign up as no Real Estate Agents just to communicate with Agents and Browse the properties they have listed. Real Estate Agents will also have the ability to create a Live Status that everyone else could see as well. They should have the ability to have “Friends?? as either other Agents or Potential buyers. Some features of the site will be: Place Photo Listing and Full Property descriptions Upload Photo to profile Place comments on pages for viewing and response Ability to send internal messages to members of the site The above are just a few, if you have experience in this, then you will know other features that will need to be added. If your team have experience in creating Real Estate websites and fully understand social networking logic such as Facebook and MySpace, then we want to hear from you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
